is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a third generation real estate professional. He started his company in 1984 in Livonia, Michigan, and later relocated to the Brighton area. Michael actively supports his community, is a guest-speaker for multiple real estate organizations, and is a member of the American Guild of Appraisers. Together with his wife Karen, he has established a reputation for providing the highest quality appraisal services. He’s committed to ensuring his clients “Don’t leave any money on the table." 

 joined Wilbanks Appraisals in 2018. She became a full partner and assumed responsibility for most of the day-to-day office operations. The company being a small organization, Karen has to "wear a lot of hats" to manage all the areas she's responsible for. Her efforts keep the business running smoothly and allows the company to focus on it's client commitments. She partners with her husband Michael to ensure the highest standard of service.
